Owner & Co-Founder of Here for Health, Registered Dietitian

My Journey to Becoming an RD

As a Division I athlete, I saw firsthand how powerful nutrition can be. Once I started fueling my body properly, everything changed—my energy, focus, recovery, and overall well-being.

But in healthcare, I noticed that kind of support wasn’t common. Women were juggling careers and families with little guidance to care for themselves. Men were given generic advice that didn’t fit. And employees wanted to feel better but struggled to connect with wellness programs that didn’t reflect their reality.

I became a Registered Dietitian to help fill those gaps. My work is about more than food—it’s about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take charge of their health in a way that works for their life.

My Nutrition Philosophy

Food has the power to change how you feel including more energy, better sleep, fewer symptoms, and a stronger connection to your body. But there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. Real change starts with understanding your body, your lifestyle, and what actually works for you. I take a whole-person approach that goes beyond food, looking at movement, sleep, stress, and mindset. Together, we’ll build simple, sustainable habits that fit into your life because taking care of your health should feel empowering, not overwhelming.

Who I Work With

I work with people who want to feel better in their bodies, manage or prevent chronic conditions, and build habits that support real life. Many of my clients are navigating PCOS, diabetes, or high blood pressure. Others are simply ready for a more realistic approach to wellness. No matter the starting point, we’ll find what works for you, not against you.

My Style as a Dietitian

I’d say my style is super approachable, supportive, and down-to-earth. I keep it real with my clients- no judgment, no rigid rules.  We’ll talk openly about what’s working and what’s not, and come up with strategies that feel doable. My style is collaborative, not prescriptive—this is your journey, and I’m here to help guide it.

What You Can Expect from Working With Me

I’m not just here to hand you a plan. I’m here to be in your corner. We’ll take the time to talk about what really matters to you, what your day-to-day looks like, and what feels doable right now. My hope is that you leave each session feeling truly heard, supported, and clear on the small steps we’ll take together to move toward your bigger goals.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, I’m a wife and proud mom of two adventurous boys who keep life busy, loud, and full of laughs. I’m a foodie and beer enthusiast—always up for checking out a new brewery or ordering the most unexpected thing on the menu. I’m a retired Division I athlete who still loves to move, whether it’s an OrangeTheory workout, a walk in the neighborhood, or chasing my kids through the yard. And as a proud Philly sports fan, cheering (and the occasional yelling) is just part of who I am.
